Among the award-winning innovations was ArogyaSaathi AI, a voice-driven, multilingual application that supports symptom diagnosis and doctor recommendations in rural areas. The Intelligent Support Assistant is an AI-integrated IT support bot that enhances efficiency by retrieving SOPs and troubleshooting steps from Microsoft sources and internal systems.
The Plant Equipment Support Assistant uses AI agents to automate maintenance scheduling, diagnostics, and parts ordering, thereby reducing operational downtime in manufacturing environments.
Embee’s solutions were recognized for their technical depth, real-world applicability, and seamless integration with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure OpenAI, AI Bot Service, Azure SQL, and Azure Search. These solutions will now be featured in Microsoft’s upcoming Agentic AI Partner Solution Kit and presented to its global seller community.
