The customer had a small IT Team that was responsible for managing communication & collaboration, and IT infrastructure for 1,000 employees spread across the globe. They felt the need for an optimized, market competitive communications platform to improve collaboration among all local/global business partners and sales teams. They also wanted to reduce operational costs, while leveraging a platform to deliver worker flexibility and “anytime, anywhere” mobility.
Top priority for the customer was to replace existing Open Source mailing system with a secure, reliable, and robust mailing solution. Their another priority was included migrating legacy collaboration and file sharing platform to a flexible and scalable platform. In addition, the IT leadership at Venus Remedies wanted the team to have a familiar experience flows across tools resulting in better end-user adoption.
