In the initial planning stage objectives, scopes and priority areas of the project are finalized. Test system of SAP Business One software is installed. Upon finalization of scope, customer sign-off is taken.
In this phase, requirement gathering workshops are conducted with stakeholders and functional leads to create detailed business blueprint document or Statement of Work (SOW). Change in initial project scope and time schedule are also considered before getting the sign-off from customer.
SAP Business One is installed, data migration (if applicable) is initiated. System set up is validated and followed by system testing. Initiative of cutover activities is taken. Project is reviewed and customer sign-off is procured.
In this phase, key users and administrators are trained, system readiness is checked and cutover activities are completed. After project phase review, customer sign-off is procured.
Full production implementation of SAP Business One software is initiated. Project is reviewed and sign-off is taken from customer for going live. Meeting is held for review and further optimization.
